Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Servr, a QR-based ordering platform operated by Novarix Innovations (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your restaurant details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the restaurant you register.
2. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Where you enable autopay, you authorise us (via our payment processor, Razorpay) to charge your chosen method on each renewal until you cancel. Prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Refunds & cancellation
You may cancel autopay at any time from your dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
