Privacy Policy

Restaurant & owner details — name, mobile number, and restaurant information you provide at sign-up. Order data — items, tables, and diner-provided names/phone numbers used to place and track orders. Payment metadata — plan, amount, and transaction identifiers from our payment processor (we never store card numbers).

To operate the ordering service, send order alerts (e.g. via Telegram/WhatsApp where you enable them), process subscription payments, and provide support and analytics to your restaurant.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay under their own security and privacy terms; Servr only receives confirmation and transaction references.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run Servr (hosting, payments, messaging) and where required by law.

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your data via the Support page.
